Not to worry...your candidate will fix it right up for you if he wins the White House...He's all about legislation that will remove those bothersome constitutional constraints that the founders inconveniently put in place, so he can make sure you don't have more than your share.
Mrs. Palin isn't the only candiadte who thinks the constitution is non binding...but she is the only one who won't be actually sitting at the desk in the Oval Office.
The guy is a Constitutional scholar. I think it is more than a stretch to say he finds the document to be non-binding.
